Why do the doctors or drug industry always say that health foods or herbs are not good?
If herbs and are not good for you and are not approved by FDA then why does on the back on some vitamins it always say that FDA have not tested or approve or say it is limited and not conclusive to the evidence of what it does. Yet, they prescribed medicine that have more side effects than any herb. Give me more insight or information on this. Thank you

The genius at the Home Depot, when I asked about 2 different kinds of soil neglected to tell me one was for potting and the other for gardening, which maybe I should have known, but I am a new plant-grower : ) When I asked if one was better than the other, he said they would both work.

Can you add herbs, spices or flavourings to home made baby food>?
Hi
My baby is 6 months old and has been on baby rice and fruit and veg purees for a month now.
Is it ok to add herbs to the veg and spices to the fruit purees? (I would only add a tiny amount ofcourse as I don’t want it to be too much for him)
Anyway is he too young for this?
Also do you think it is safe to add a drop of vanilla abstract to his fruit?

Anyone know any good natural antidepressants-anti anxiety herbs?
I suffered from post-partum depression with both of my daughters, I have been completely off any prescription antidepressants for a little over a month and I feel that I still have the depression (mostly anxiety) a bit, but can’t bear the though of going back on prescription meds because I can’t handle the side effect and don’t want to go through that withdrawal again, any advice?
